Tracy McDaniel is the coordinator for Bernalillo County Early Childhood Accountability Partnership (ECAP), one of four Collaborative Action Networks of Mission: Graduate a cradle-to-career initiative of the United Way of Central New Mexico. Representing more than 40 organizations, ECAP volunteers are engaged in a multi-sectoral collective impact approach to ensuring that all Bernalillo County children are ready for and succeed in school. ECAP’s strategies aim to improve conditions for children prenatal to age eight. As the coordinator, Tracy supports and facilitates the efforts of the many dedicated and passionate ECAP volunteers.

Tracy has experience in public health and health promotion with a background in crisis intervention. She has served as a birth doula, supporting dozens of women through birth and the postpartum period. Tracy earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Miami University and a maternal child health epidemiology graduate certificate from the University of Arizona.
