Cecy Barffuson Franco

Cecy Barffuson Franco was born and raised in Mexico where she completed her Bachelor of Clinical Psychology in Chihuahua City. In 2012, she finished her Master of Social Work and later a Master of Business Administration during 2013 at Highlands University. Ms. Barffuson Franco has a diverse experience working in the New Mexico Child Welfare System. At All Faiths, a non-for profit organization, she provided services in the homes of families and foster families referred by CYFD in the counties of Valencia, McKinley, Torrance, and Bernalillo. She was also an Investigations Worker for CYFD in Valencia County. She continues to work with Children and Families as School Social Worker (SSW). Her experience ranges ages from 1st grade to 12th grade in Charter and Regular Schools. As a contractor of SSW, she had the opportunity to work in communities like: The South Valley, Bernalillo, Moriarty, and currently at the Socorro Consolidated Schools.
