The 19th Annual Head to Toe Conference is focused on comprehensive wellness – Head, Heart and Body. You won’t want to miss H2T 4U, the Health and Wellness Expo, taking place on Thursday from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm as part of the Head to Toe programming.  The Expo will be filled with dynamic presentations and demonstrations sure to motivate and inspire you. Exercise demonstrations in Ballroom A are sure to invigorate your heart and strengthen your body. Learn tips and techniques to increase your overall well-being while earning additional continuing education credits at the mini breakout sessions. Whether you’re interested in physical or mental health (or both!), there is sure to be something for everyone.

Head 2 Toe Conference Blood Drive

Thursday, April 16 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

United Blood Services will be on hand at the 2015 Head 2 Toe conference to accept blood donations. Please remember to bring a picture ID, eat a good meal and drink plenty of water before donating. Each donor will receive a free cholesterol testing. Please contact United Blood Services at (505) 246-1457 or on their website Unitedbloodservices.org (enter sponsor code H2T) to sign up.

eVOLV Fitness Demonstrations

In addition to H2T4U Expo session demonstration, eVOLV Fitness will provide demonstrations on the main stage in Ballroom A. These sessions will include strength training, high intensity cardio with martial arts moves and yoga flow demonstrations.
